Visual identity for Swedish menswear brand CMMN SWDN based in London.

Inspired by national representation, CMMN SWDN new brand identity was developed using everyday objects found in Sweden, for instance the logo draws from Carl-Gustaf Gustafsson’s Tratex typeface, originally designed for road signs. A symbol system was created using the motif of a Swedish coin for Common Ground, ( CMMN’s collaborations with Swedish artists and designers ). CMMN SWDN commissioned prints using the logo for their AW13 Collection Typhos Graphe, inspired by the 90’s obsession with branding.
